Man, ya need to get back with symphonic music, lol. If you feel like staying "unupbeat" I'd listen to Mozart's Requiem. I've been pounding it in my head lately (found a great site for free scores to it and a ton of other things also). Otherwise, If you can get a hold of it, try The Beatles' White Album. It's one of my fav's. I hope that you're doing well, miss ya.

i may be mistaking upbeat for fast and loud but it works for me, jumpin around and yellin the snatches of the songs i can pick out and sing. :D

my upbeat suggestion of the day is Dropkick Murpheys. They're both fast paced and usually pretty humorous.
